Payment may be made through the payment methods made available by Thirty North Studio, which may include credit card, ACH, or other approved payment methods.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Thirty North Studio or its payment processor to process amounts properly due under an approved order or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all amounts are due according to the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice or agreement.

Many products offered by Thirty North Studio are custom, made-to-order, decorated, printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized.
Because of the nature of custom production, exact color, placement, material, texture, dimensions, and appearance may vary within commercially reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product availability may change after an order is submitted. If a selected product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding a comparable alternative or other available solution.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, product warranties are limited to warranties provided by the original manufacturer or supplier.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, Thirty North Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft after delivery, or damage caused after transfer to the carrier, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership or usage rights for final client-specific deliverables will be transferred or licensed to the client as specifically described in the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice.
